Nickerson Business Systems -- owners of Perpetual Technology Solutions -- is a sound, stable and progressive locally owned and operated company which has been under the same management since it was established in 1988.
Nickerson Business Systems purchased the ComputerLand of Lakeland franchise in 1988. ComputerLand is a national organization of independent resellers of technology products and services. The ComputerLand network is composed of nearly 200 independently owned and operated franchise locations throughout the United States. ComputerLand has been serving Lakeland since 1982 primarily providing product in a retail store. In 1992, in order to keep abreast with the changing technology, we chose to discontinue our retail store and put all of our focus on the needs of our business, government and education clients.

Nickerson Business Systems announced a name change to Perpetual Technology Solutions in March of 2002. The decision to change our name was to better reflect our technological focus on developing solutions to meet the time-sensitive needs of our clients. Ownership and management remain the same. The same people you have worked with for years are still here in their same positions. We still maintain our relationship with ComputerLand as an affiliate. Today we provide much more than just product, we provide solutions! Our services include technology infrastructure consulting, design, implementation, security, and project management, as well as document flow assessment, hardware support, training, staff augmentation, and leasing. We are certified for sales and service from Microsoft, Novell, Compaq, HP, IBM, Cisco, Citrix, 3COM, Lexmark and several peripheral suppliers.
